How To Get Here



There is no direct flight to Kuala Tahan or Taman Negara. The area only can be accessed is either by road or river from Labu Sentral jetty or Kuala Tembeling jetty directly to Kuala Tahan jetty

Resort shuttle

The shuttle departs from Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur at 8am on daily basis. There are few option to choose to let you experiencing fully by road journey or partially by boat 


From Kuala Lumpur to Taman Negara approximately 4 and half hour through Karak highway continue with Lebuhraya Pantai Timur        (exit Temerloh). Turn right after the tol and drive straight to Jerentut until you see Kuala Tahan signage on a left. Overall journey comfortable and only few sharp corners after turning. Mutiara Taman Negara does not provide a parking area. All guest are recommended to park at the JKKK (Jawatankuasa Kamajuan & Keselamatan Kampung) Gated Parking Area at a cost approx RM10 per day. Parking is at your own risk. Guests are advised to NOT park at the Kuala Tahan Jetty area due to possible rising water levels. To reach our Resort, walk about 5 minute to the jetty and take a boat (has Resort name) to cross the river to Resort jetty at cost RM1 per person (pay to the boat man)

Depart from Pekeliling bus station (which a minute walk from LRT Titiwangsa station) to Jerantut at cost around MYR15 for 3 hours journey. There are few bus company operates at different timing from the station at 4 times a day. From Jerantut bus station to Taman Negara either by taxi at cost around MYR150 for 1 hour journey (bus not recommended due to they operate occasionally) or to Kuala Tembeling jetty at cost around MYR20. Continue the journey by boat about 2 hours at cost around RM50 per person and request to drop off at Resort jetty
